From first call to a live site, tracked like a delivery

Six stages, and you always know which one you are in.

  1. Booked 1 of 6

    Book the call

A 20-minute call about how you quote, the areas you cover and the jobs you want more of. If the plan is not a fit, we say so on the call.

Your part Tell us how jobs come in today.

  2. Packed 2 of 6

    Send your content

You get a content checklist: logo, truck and crew photos, service areas, the move types you take on, any prices you want shown, and your insurance and membership details.

Your part Fill in the checklist and send your photos.

  3. Loaded 3 of 6

    We build it

We lay out your pages, set up the quote form by move size, set up a page for each service area on your list using the details you sent, and connect your domain.

Your part Nothing, unless we have a question.

On the truck at this stage

    • Pages for the way removalists sell. House moves, small moves, interstate, office, packing and storage: only the services you offer, each on its own page.
    • Quote form by move size. Enquiries arrive with bedrooms, access and dates filled in.
    • Service-area pages. One page for each area or route you work.
  4. In transit 4 of 6

    Review the preview

You get a private preview link. Check every page on your phone, send one list of changes, and we make them.

Your part Reply with your changes in one go.

  5. Delivered 5 of 6

    Go live

The site goes live on your domain within 14 days of us receiving your complete content. Enquiries from the quote form go straight to your inbox.

Your part Answer the quote requests.

On the truck at this stage

    • Hosting, SSL and security updates. No separate hosting bill, no plugin updates to remember.
  6. Ongoing 6 of 6

    Monthly edits

Up to 5 content edits a month: new prices, a new suburb, fresh photos, changed hours. Each month you get a report of the enquiries the site received.

Your part Send edits whenever something changes.

On the truck at this stage

    • Up to 5 edits a month. New prices, suburbs, photos or hours, done for you.
    • A monthly enquiry report. How many quote requests the site received that month, so you can see what it is doing for the business.

Your quote form, set up by move size

A studio move and an office relocation need different questions. Pick a job size to see what the form asks and which pages carry it.

Studio or 1-bed

The quote form asks

  • Pickup and delivery suburbs
  • Stairs or lift at each end
  • A short list of large items (fridge, bed, couch)
  • Preferred date, and whether it can move

Pages the site carries

  • Small moves page with what a two-person crew handles
  • Service-area pages for the suburbs you cover
  • Photos of your van or small truck

A small job deserves a small form. Four questions that are easy to finish on a phone give you enough to price a studio move.

Family home

The quote form asks

  • Number of bedrooms, plus garage, shed or outdoor furniture
  • Stairs, long carries or steep driveways at either end
  • Heavy items: piano, pool table, safe, gym equipment
  • Packing wanted: full, fragile only or none
  • Date and time window

Pages the site carries

  • House moves page with crew sizes and what affects the quote
  • Packing service page
  • Service-area pages
  • Insurance and damage information page

House moves are where hours run long. The more the form captures up front, the fewer surprises on the day.

Interstate

The quote form asks

  • From and to cities, with suburbs
  • Home size or an item list
  • Flexible dates for a backload, or a fixed date for a dedicated truck
  • Storage needed at either end
  • Transit insurance wanted

Pages the site carries

  • Interstate page per route you run often
  • Backloading explained
  • Transit insurance and storage page

Interstate customers are weighing a big spend. They read the detail, so your route pages and insurance page carry the sale.

Office

The quote form asks

  • Business name and contact role
  • Number of workstations and staff
  • IT equipment, servers and files
  • Building access rules: loading dock, lift bookings, after-hours
  • Deadline and preferred move window

Pages the site carries

  • Office relocations page
  • After-hours and weekend moves
  • How you handle IT equipment and document security
  • A site-visit booking option

Office jobs are booked by someone reporting to a manager. Give them a page they can forward.

See a removalist site before you commit

We built three sample designs for fictional removal businesses: a local house mover, an interstate carrier and an office relocation company. They are real HTML pages, not screenshots, so you can see how the quote form and area pages sit on a phone.

They are clearly labelled as fictional. We don't show client sites or results that don't exist yet.

The fault manifest: what loses removal jobs online

People searching for a mover are ready to book. "removalists" alone gets about 18,100 a month5 Google searches in Australia, and "removalists near me" another 12,100 a month5. These are the faults that send those searchers to the next result, each checked off by the plan.

Five common faults on removalist websites, and what each one costs.
Fault What happens What the plan does
The only way to get a price is to ring The customer is packing, at work or searching at 10pm. They move on to a mover with a form. A quote form that asks the right questions for each move size, and sends the enquiry to your inbox.
The form asks for a name and a message You call back to ask bedrooms, stairs and dates. The NSW Government tells people to give a removalist all the details of their move for an accurate quote3, so ask for them up front. Fields for bedrooms, access, heavy items, packing and dates, so you can price before the first call.
One page says "we service all areas" A page about everywhere is a weak match for a search about one suburb, and customers can't tell if you cover them. A page for each area or route you actually work, laid out from the details you give us.
Insurance and credentials are missing Consumer agencies tell people to ask for a copy of the Certificate of Currency2 and to check AFRA membership1. If your site is silent, you look like the risky option. A plain page for your insurance, damage process and any memberships you hold.
It is hard to use on a phone Google indexes and ranks the mobile version4 of a site. A clumsy phone layout hurts twice. Every page is laid out for a phone first, then checked on a desktop.

Before you book a call

The questions removal business owners ask first. There are more on the FAQ page.

Latest from the blog: What a removalist website needs to win more jobs.

What does the plan cost?

A$249 a month plus a one-off A$499 setup fee, GST may apply. The minimum term is 12 months, then it runs month to month.

How long until my site is live?

Within 14 days of us receiving your complete content: your logo, photos, service areas, the moves you take on and any prices you want shown.

Do I have to write the words myself?

You supply the facts: what you move, where you work, your crew and truck details, prices if you show them. We lay them out into pages. Writing your content from scratch is not part of the plan.

Who owns the domain?

You do. The domain is registered in your business name and you pay the registrar. If you leave, we help you point it wherever you choose.

Do you run Google Ads for me?

No. Paid advertising and ad spend are not included. The plan is the website: built, hosted, kept secure and updated each month.
