A$249 a month plus a one-off A$499 setup fee, GST may apply. There is one plan and one price for every removal business.

There is a 12-month minimum term from the day your site goes live. After that the plan runs month to month, and either side can end it with notice before the next billing date.

You can end the plan by written notice, but the monthly fees for the rest of the minimum term remain payable, unless you end it because we seriously breached the terms and did not fix it within 14 days.

No. Prices are shown without GST because the plan is sold only to businesses. GST is added to invoices only if we are registered for GST at the time.

No. The price is the same for everyone, all year. There are no introductory offers, waived fees or sale periods.

Your site is live within 14 days of us receiving your complete content. The clock starts when we have everything on the content checklist.

Your logo, photos of your trucks and crew, the move types and areas you cover, any prices you want shown, your insurance and membership details, and access to your domain. The how it works page has the full checklist.

No. You supply the facts and rough notes, and we lay them out into pages. Writing your content from scratch is not included.

Yes. If you already own a domain, we connect the new site to it. If you need one, it is registered in your business name and you pay the registrar.

It uses your logo, your colours and your photos. The structure, like the quote form by move size and the area pages, is built for removalists, but the look follows your brand.

No. Logo and brand design are not part of the plan. If you need a logo, have one made first and send us the files.

Send a message saying what should change and where. Up to 5 content edits are included each month.

Tell us. Extra work, new sections or new features are quoted before we start, and nothing is charged without your agreement.

Straight to the email address you choose. Each month you also get a report of how many enquiries the website received.

Nobody can promise that, and we don’t. The site is built so Google can read it properly: laid out for phones, with a page for each service and area. Rankings depend on things Google controls.

No. Paid advertising and ad spend are not included, and your Business Profile stays yours to manage. We make sure your site and profile match and link to each other.

Yes. The site links to your Google reviews and can show selected reviews word for word with the customer’s permission. We never write, edit or invent reviews.

You do. It is registered in your business name. When you leave, we help you point it wherever you choose.

Your business owns the words, photos, logos and prices it supplies. When the plan ends, we give you a copy on request.

You keep your domain and all your content. The design, templates and code are ours and stay with us, so another provider would rebuild the site using your content.

Yes, as long as you are buying for a business. The plan is not sold to individuals for personal or household use.
